Mr. Cuellar has been repetitively elected as a "Super Lawyer"
(representing the top 5% of attorney’s in the State of Minnesota)
since the year 2000. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar
Association, the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, and the
Minnesota State Bar Association.

Mr. Cuellar also serves on the alumni board of directors at William
Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has also lectured
at Continuing Legal Education seminars (CLE’s) based on his depth
of knowledge in workers’ compensation matters, lecturing in front of
other attorneys, insurance company adjusters, and Judges.
