There is an attached parking ramp to the building with skyway access on the second floor of the parking ramp into the building. The parking ramp entrance is located one hundred feet east of the intersection of Washington Avenue North and 10th Avenue North. There is also metered parking available in front of the building at 800 Washington Avenue North.

From the North:
Take 94 East to the West Broadway Exit. Take a left (East) on West Broadway to Washington Avenue North, it is the first intersection (one block). Take a right (South) on Washington Avenue North. When you get to the stop light at 10th Avenue North, we are the building on your left. There is a parking ramp connected to the building for your convenience. Otherwise, there is metered parking on the street.

From the West:
Take 394 East into Minneapolis, Just before Highway 394 runs out as it approaches Minneapolis, take the Washington Avenue North/3rd Avenue North Exit (right) off of 394. Turn left onto Washington Avenue North and go five blocks, the office will be on the right hand side. There is a parking ramp connected to the building for your convenience. Otherwise, there is metered parking on the street.

From the East:
Take 94 West to the West Broadway Exit. Take an immediate right (South) onto Washington Avenue North. Follow Washington Avenue North past the 10th Avenue North stoplight. We are located on the left hand side. There is a parking ramp connected to the building for your convenience. Otherwise, there is metered parking on the street.

From the South:
Take 35W North to I-94 West. Go left (West) on I-94 to the West Broadway Exit. Take an immediate right (South) onto Washington Avenue North. Follow Washington Avenue North past the stoplight on 10th Avenue North. We are located on the left hand side of the street. There is a parking ramp connected to the building for your convenience. Otherwise, there is metered parking on the street.
